Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PTX-15 is an investigational human TL1A-Ig fusion protein immunotherapy originally developed by Pelican Therapeutics to agonize the TNFRSF25 (death receptor 3) pathway and selectively expand and activate antigen-experienced T-cell subsets, particularly CD4+ and CD8+ effector and memory T cells, while sparing regulatory T cells.[5][8] By mimicking the natural TL1A ligand of TNFRSF25 and providing potent costimulatory signals, PTX-15 is being explored in oncology settings, including in combination with cancer vaccines or other immuno-oncology agents, to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.[5][8][9]
