Overview

PTX-35 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts as a TNFRSF25 (death receptor 3) agonist. It is designed to modulate the immune system by stimulating antigen-experienced T cells, particularly memory CD8+ T cells, which are crucial for eliminating tumor cells. Initially developed for treating solid tumors and islet cell transplant rejection in type 1 diabetes, its development has been discontinued for these indications.
