Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Pudilan Keyanning is a traditional Chinese medicine-based oral care formulation developed by Jiangsu Pudilan Daily Chemical, a subsidiary of Jichuan Pharmaceutical (Jumpcan Pharmaceutical Group). It contains Pudilan extract, which is a combination of extracts from *Scutellaria baicalensis* root, *Taraxacum mongolicum* (dandelion), *Corydalis bungeana* (Bunge corydalis herb), and *Isatis indigotica* (indigowoad root), often formulated alongside cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) in mouthwashes or other herbal ingredients like propolis and gallnut in toothpastes. Pudilan Keyanning exhibits anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-biofilm properties. It is commercially available in China and has been evaluated in clinical trials for oral health indications, including the reduction of dental plaque, management of chronic gingivitis, and promotion of healing in minor recurrent aphthous ulcers.
