Pudilan oral liquid (also known as Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid) is a widely used commercial Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) / Chinese patent medicine in China. It is prepared from four cold-natured herbs: *Scutellaria baicalensis* (Huangqin), *Isatis indigotica* (Banlangen), *Corydalis bungeana* (Dihuding), and *Taraxacum mongolicum* (Pugongying). Pudilan oral liquid possesses heat-clearing, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties. It is clinically indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and infectious conditions such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, mumps, and upper respiratory tract infections. Additionally, it has been evaluated in clinical trials for pediatric COVID-19.
