Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Puding Hewei is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital preparation developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis. The formulation is composed of herbal ingredients including *Herba Taraxaci* (Dandelion) and *Flos Syzygii Aromatici* (Clove), which are traditionally used to clear heat, detoxify, and harmonize the stomach. It is clinically employed to alleviate symptoms such as epigastric pain, bloating, and acid reflux by protecting the gastric mucosa and reducing inflammatory responses. In addition to its use in non-atrophic gastritis, it has shown efficacy in managing gastric ulcers and suppressing *Helicobacter pylori* infections.
