Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Pumitamig + sacituzumab govitecan is an investigational combination regimen consisting of pumitamig (BNT327/BMS-986545), a bispecific antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), and sacituzumab govitecan (Trodelvy), a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). The combination is being developed under a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement between BioNTech and Gilead Sciences. It is being evaluated as a first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic PD-L1 low or negative triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) in the global Phase 3 ROSETTA Breast-01 trial (NCT07173751), where it is planned to replace the chemotherapy component of the trial's original pumitamig-plus-chemotherapy regimen.
