Overview

PUR5700 (previously known as RV7031) is a narrow-spectrum kinase inhibitor (NSKI) being developed for the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases. The drug was initially developed by RespiVert and later acquired by Pulmatrix. It is designed to target specific kinases involved in inflammatory pathways relevant to respiratory conditions, aiming to provide therapeutic benefit with reduced off-target effects compared to broad-spectrum kinase inhibitors. As of the latest available information, there are no registered clinical trials or approved products for this compound[1][2][3].
