Overview
PurClo Botanical Formulation (PurClo) is an investigational botanical therapeutic developed by All Natural Medicine Clinic. It is part of a host pathologic state-directed botanical therapeutic platform (Dynamic Pathology-Based Therapy, or DPBT) designed to modulate immune responses and address specific pathological states. Specifically, PurClo is formulated to target capillary circulation disorders (microcirculation disorders or blood stasis) associated with acute viral respiratory infections, COVID-19, and post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (long COVID). The formulation is a mixture of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, including *Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix* (Dan Shen), *Curcumae Radix* (Yu Jin), *Paeoniae Radix rubra* (Chi Shao), *Persicae Semen* (Tao Ren), and *Carthami Flos* (Hong Hua). PurClo is being evaluated in Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials to assess its safety, feasibility, and efficacy in restoring immune function and improving recovery in patients with viral infections and their sequelae.
