PURETHAL Mites is a subcutaneous house dust mite allergy vaccine developed by HAL Allergy. It is designed for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and rhinoconjunctivitis caused by house dust mites. The vaccine contains chemically modified extracts from *Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus* and *Dermatophagoides farinae*, adsorbed to aluminum hydroxide. It acts as an immunomodulator to reduce allergic reactions.
