Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Pushen** is an oral multi-herb traditional Chinese medicine capsule preparation. Published descriptions report a formula primarily comprising *Polygonum multiflorum*, *Pollen Typhae*, *Salvia miltiorrhiza*, *Ligusticum chuanxiong*, and paeoniflorin; an earlier patent description lists a narrower formula based on *Polygonum multiflorum*, *Pollen Typhae*, and *Salvia miltiorrhiza*. Its molecular mechanism has not been conclusively established. Clinical research has evaluated Pushen for vascular mild cognitive impairment and acute ischemic stroke, including the randomized, placebo-controlled ChiCTR2100052920 study in ischemic stroke.
