Overview
PV-COMRAD 1 + PV-COMRAD 2 refers to a combination chemoradiotherapy regimen used in pediatric lymphoma clinical trials. This regimen is part of a study investigating the feasibility and safety of adding polatuzumab vedotin (an anti-CD79b antibody-drug conjugate) to rituximab-containing chemoimmunotherapy with reduced-dose anthracycline in children, adolescents, and young adults with mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (MB-NHL) and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). The protocol includes combinations of standard chemotherapy agents such as cyclophosphamide, vincristine, methotrexate, doxorubicin, dexamethasone along with targeted immunotherapies like polatuzumab vedotin and rituximab. The goal is to reduce anthracycline exposure while maintaining disease control[1][2][3].
