PVS-30200 is an investigational, implantable allogeneic endothelial cell therapy being developed by Pervasis Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors and prevention of cancer recurrence. It uses healthy donor-derived endothelial cells embedded within a proprietary polymer matrix to create a local, “off‑the‑shelf” perivascular implant designed to regulate the tumor stroma and microenvironment, modulate angiogenesis and immune/inflammatory signaling, and thereby inhibit tumor growth and recurrence after conventional cytotoxic therapies.[1][3][4][5][11][12][14] The platform builds on Pervasis’ prior vascular implant technology (e.g., Vascugel/PVS-10200) that has demonstrated safety in multiple vascular clinical studies, and PVS-30200 is being advanced in preclinical and early translational programs in oncology.[1][3][5][10][12][13][14]
