Overview

PVT-1 is an orally administrable, investigational drug being studied for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is designed to target a specific therapeutic pathway in cancer cells and has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models. The drug is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for patients with advanced NSCLC who lack EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutations and have not responded to other treatments. PVT-1 aims to provide a new therapeutic option for patients with limited alternatives. The precise molecular mechanism of action has not been publicly disclosed as of June 2025[7][8].
