Overview

PVT301 is an investigational peptide-major histocompatibility complex (pMHC) nanomedicine being developed by Parvus Therapeutics for the treatment of Celiac disease. Utilizing the proprietary Navacim platform, PVT301 consists of nanoparticles functionalized with disease-specific pMHC complexes. These complexes are designed to specifically engage T-cell receptors (TCRs) on pathogenic T cells, triggering their differentiation into disease-specific regulatory T cells (Tregs). This mechanism aims to restore immune tolerance to gluten-derived antigens and suppress the autoimmune response without causing systemic immunosuppression. PVT301 is currently in the preclinical/IND-enabling stage of development.
