Pylorex plus is a polyherbal phytomedicine developed for the eradication of *Helicobacter pylori* infection and the relief of associated gastrointestinal symptoms such as dyspepsia and gastritis. The formulation consists of extracts from several plants, including *Glycyrrhiza glabra* (licorice), *Coriandrum sativum* (coriander), *Foeniculum vulgare* (fennel), *Elettaria cardamomum* (cardamom), and *Zingiber officinale* (ginger). It has been evaluated in clinical trials in Pakistan, notably a Phase 2/3 randomized trial comparing its efficacy to standard bismuth-based quadruple therapy. The drug is intended to provide a safer, herbal alternative to conventional antibiotics, leveraging the antimicrobial and gastroprotective properties of its botanical constituents.
