Pyrotinib + SHR-1316 is an investigational combination therapy comprising two distinct agents with complementary mechanisms of action. Pyrotinib is an orally administered, irreversible dual kinase inhibitor targeting both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR/HER1) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2/ERBB2), thereby blocking downstream signaling pathways involved in tumor cell proliferation and survival[4][5]. It is primarily developed for HER2-positive cancers, including breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. SHR-1316, also known as adebrelimab, is a monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses[3][2]. The combination aims to leverage targeted inhibition of oncogenic signaling with immunotherapy-mediated enhancement of anti-tumor immunity.
