Pyrotinib + trastuzumab + docetaxel is a combination regimen used primarily for the treatment of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. Pyrotinib is an oral, irreversible pan-ErbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets EGFR, HER2, and HER4. Trastuzumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting the extracellular domain of the HER2 receptor. Docetaxel is a taxane-class chemotherapeutic agent that inhibits microtubule depolymerization.
