A combination regimen of pyrotinib and vinorelbine used for the treatment of HER2-positive advanced breast cancer. Pyrotinib is a novel oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor that irreversibly binds to ATP binding sites in HER1, HER2, and HER4 intracellular segments, blocking activation of key signaling pathways. Vinorelbine is a semi-synthetic, antimitotic, microtubule destabilizing drug available in both oral and intravenous formulations. This combination has shown promising efficacy and tolerable toxicity, particularly as a second-line treatment for patients who have progressed after trastuzumab therapy.
