Overview

PYX-102 is a monoclonal antibody immunotherapy developed by Pyxis Oncology that targets killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily G member 1 (KLRG1), an inhibitory receptor expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. By antagonizing KLRG1, PYX-102 aims to relieve immune inhibition in tumors and rescue KLRG1-mediated suppression of human CD8+ T cells, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
