Overview

QAT-370 is an investigational small molecule drug developed for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It acts as an antagonist of muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs), a mechanism that leads to bronchodilation by inhibiting the bronchoconstrictive effects mediated by these receptors in airway smooth muscle.
