Overview

QH103 is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of universal CD19-targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) γδ T cells. It is designed to target and inhibit CD19, a surface antigen expressed on B cells. The therapy uses γδ T cells as carrier cells engineered with a CAR specific for CD19, aiming to provide immune-mediated elimination of pathogenic B cells. The primary indications under investigation include relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and various autoimmune diseases such as antiphospholipid syndrome, antisynthetase syndrome, and Churg-Strauss syndrome. The drug was initially developed by Anhui Provincial Hospital and is being further studied in collaboration with Peking University Third Hospital[1][2][3].
