Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QH104 is an allogeneic B7H3-targeting CAR-γδT cell therapy. It consists of a subset of allogeneic T lymphocytes that express only gamma chain and delta chain T-cell receptors (TCRs) which have been engineered to target B7-H3 (CD276) positive tumors. The therapy is administered via intrathecal injection for the treatment of B7H3-positive tumors, particularly recurrent glioblastoma (rGBM) and meningeal metastases from B7H3+ solid tumors.
