Overview

QH106 is an investigational allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) gamma-delta (γδ) T-cell therapy targeting the CD7 antigen. Developed by Anhui Provincial Hospital, it is designed for the treatment of CD7-positive hematologic malignancies, including relapsed or refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL), and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Unlike conventional alpha-beta (αβ) T-cell therapies, γδ T cells recognize tumors in an MHC-independent manner, which reduces the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and facilitates an "off-the-shelf" allogeneic approach. The therapy is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to assess safety, efficacy, and optimal dosing.
