QHL-1031

QHL-1031 is a small molecule drug conjugate (SMDC) that functions as a Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonist. Developed by Shanghai Affinity Biopharmaceutical using its proprietary Tumor MicroEnvironment Activated (TMEA) platform, the drug is designed to selectively activate the innate immune system within the tumor microenvironment. By stimulating TLR7 and TLR8, QHL-1031 promotes the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the activation of antigen-presenting cells, such as dendritic cells and macrophages, to mount an effective anti-tumor response while minimizing systemic toxicity. It is currently in the IND-enabling/pre-clinical stage for the treatment of various solid tumors.
