Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QHL-625 is an investigational small molecule drug conjugate (SMDC) developed by Affinity Biopharmaceutical, targeting Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) and Cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6). Utilizing Affinity's proprietary SMDC platform, QHL-625 is designed to deliver a potent CDK4/6 inhibitor payload directly to tumor tissues. This targeted approach aims to enhance the therapeutic index by concentrating the cell-cycle inhibitory effect within the tumor microenvironment while reducing systemic exposure and associated toxicities. It is currently being evaluated in preclinical studies for the treatment of various solid tumors.
