Qiangli Pipa Granules (强力枇杷颗粒, also known as Qiangli Loquat Granules) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparation developed and manufactured by Hubei Wushi Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as oral granules and is approved in China for the treatment of cough, bronchitis, and related respiratory symptoms. The formulation is a multi-herb mixture containing loquat leaf (Eriobotrya japonica leaf), poppy capsule (Papaveris Pericarpium), stemona root, Cynanchum stauntonii root, Morus alba root bark, Platycodon grandiflorus root, and menthol. It acts to nourish the lungs, relieve cough, and resolve phlegm.
