This trial assesses the efficacy of syndrome-matched TCM granule regimens, including Qiangxin, when added to standard medical therapy, focusing on outcomes such as heart failure rehospitalization, cardiovascular death, and symptom improvement. The study also explores plasma transcriptomic and metabolomic changes associated with the treatment.
