Qianlieweitong is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed for the treatment of chronic prostatitis. It is primarily administered as an oral capsule. The drug was developed by the Jilin Province Innovative Pharmaceutical Public Service Platform Co., Ltd. and is designed to target the damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome, a common diagnostic category in TCM for patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS). The formulation contains a mixture of herbal extracts, including *Astragalus membranaceus*, *Phellodendron chinense*, and *Paeonia lactiflora*, which are intended to provide anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and diuretic effects. Clinical development has reached Phase 3 in China, focusing on its ability to improve urinary symptoms and reduce pelvic pain in affected men.
