Qigui Yishen Prescription

**Qigui Yishen Prescription** is an investigational traditional Chinese multi-herb decoction for kidney disease. It has been studied clinically in chronic kidney disease and in platinum anticancer therapy-associated acute and chronic kidney injury. In a unilateral ureteral obstruction animal model, the decoction reduced renal interstitial fibrosis and was associated with lower renal plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, transforming growth factor beta 1, and collagen I expression and higher thrombomodulin expression.
