Qijian Granules (芪箭颗粒), also known as Tangshenfang (糖肾方), is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) candidate developed by Conchen Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of Consun Pharmaceutical Group) for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). Formulated as oral granules, it is designed to slow the progression of renal impairment in diabetic patients. The drug received approval for clinical trials from the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in March 2018 and is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
