Qijiao Weiyang Capsule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Jilin Province Kuahai Biochemical Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, particularly those associated with Qi and blood deficiency according to TCM diagnostic criteria. The capsule is composed of several herbal ingredients, including *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Colla Corii Asini* (Ejiao), *Bletilla striata* (Baiji), *Corydalis yanhusuo* (Yanhusuo), *Alpinia officinarum* (Gaoliangjiang), and *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* (Gancao). Its therapeutic mechanism involves protecting the gastric mucosa, promoting the regeneration of ulcerated tissue, and improving local blood circulation to accelerate healing. It is used to alleviate symptoms such as epigastric pain, bloating, acid regurgitation, and hematemesis or melena resulting from peptic ulcers.
