Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Qingfei Sanjie is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula developed by the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of pulmonary nodules, specifically those classified as Lung-RADS 2-3. Based on TCM principles of clearing heat from the lungs (Qingfei) and dissipating masses or nodules (Sanjie), the formula is intended to reduce nodule size and prevent malignant transformation. It is currently being evaluated in randomized controlled clinical trials to establish its efficacy and safety profile as a non-invasive therapeutic option for patients with stable or low-risk pulmonary nodules.
