Qingfei Sanjie granule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of pulmonary nodules. Specifically indicated for patients with nodules classified as Lung-RADS 2–3 and a TCM syndrome of Qi deficiency with dampness-heat stagnation, the granule aims to stabilize or reduce nodule size by resolving phlegm and clearing heat. It is currently being investigated in a randomized, placebo-controlled phase 0 clinical trial to evaluate its safety and preliminary efficacy in an adult population.
