Qingfei Xiaoyan Pill is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) product developed and manufactured by Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group (formerly Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Group). It is specifically formulated for the treatment of respiratory conditions, most notably pediatric acute bronchitis and pneumonia characterized by phlegm-heat obstructing the lungs. The preparation is based on a complex mixture of herbal ingredients, including *Ephedra sinica*, *Scutellaria baicalensis*, and *Fritillaria thunbergii*, which collectively provide anti-inflammatory, antitussive, and bronchodilatory activities. Its pharmacological profile is characterized by the modulation of inflammatory cytokines and the activation of adrenergic receptors to alleviate airway obstruction and pulmonary heat.
