Qingkailing Oral Liquid is a multi-ingredient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) product developed by Guangzhou Mingxing Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of the Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Group. It is an oral formulation derived from the classic An'gong Niuhuang formula, designed to clear heat, detoxify, and calm the nerves. The product is widely used in China for the treatment of high fever, viral influenza, upper respiratory tract infections, acute bronchitis, and acute tonsillitis. Its pharmacological profile includes antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and broad-spectrum antiviral activities, mediated by a complex mixture of active compounds such as baicalin, chlorogenic acid, and various bile acids.
