Qingkepingchuan is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) granule formulation developed for the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). It is specifically indicated for patients presenting with the phlegm-heat and lung depletion syndrome, a diagnostic pattern in TCM characterized by airway inflammation and respiratory distress. The drug is designed to clear pulmonary heat, resolve phlegm, and alleviate wheezing (asthma).
