Overview

Qingre Moshen Granule (QMG) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formulation used for the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN), particularly in patients who are refractory to conventional Western therapies such as corticosteroids or immunosuppressive agents. It is typically administered orally as a granule and is often used in conjunction with other TCM recipes, such as the Shen No. 9 Recipe (SR). The therapeutic effect of QMG is thought to be mediated through the modulation of cellular immune responses, including the correction of abnormal interleukin-2 (IL-2) expression. Clinical studies have demonstrated that the combination of QMG and SR can achieve significant remission rates in patients with refractory IMN.
