Overview

Qingre Qushi is a traditional Chinese medicine formula investigated for its multi-target immunoregulatory effects in treating atopic dermatitis (AD). It has been shown to ameliorate AD-like symptoms by regulating the IL-17A signaling pathway and suppressing Th17-dominated inflammatory responses. The formula inhibits the expression of IL-17A and downregulates IL-17 pathway-associated cytokines, as well as suppressing IL-4, IL-13, and TNF-α. Additionally, it decreases the expression of IL-6, IL-8, and COX-2. Potential active ingredients identified include quercetin, genistein, luteolin, and kaempferol.
