Overview
Qingwei Zhitong (QZ) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation, typically prepared as pellets (micropills), used for the treatment of gastric conditions including *Helicobacter pylori* infection and associated stomach pain. In clinical research, it has been evaluated as a component of a 14-day quadruple therapy (QZQT), where it serves as an alternative to bismuth. Studies indicate that QZ-containing therapy achieves eradication rates comparable to standard bismuth-containing quadruple therapy (BQT) but with a significantly lower incidence of side effects and improved patient compliance.
