Qingxin Zishen decoction

Qingxin Zishen decoction (QZD) is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation used to clear heart heat and nourish kidney. It is prepared through regular decoction methods and typically administered as one dose per day, divided into two separate doses. It is a multi-herb formulation. QZD has been studied for its effects on various conditions, particularly related to ovarian function and perimenopausal syndrome.
