Qingyi granule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal compound developed by Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is specifically designed for the treatment of patients in the fever period of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF), also known as hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). The formulation is based on TCM principles targeting the Wei and Qi phases of the disease to prevent progression to critical illness. It typically exists as two variants, Qingyi No. 1 and Qingyi No. 2, which are used as part of an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine approach. The drug is administered as granules for oral consumption.
