Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Qingyi Huaji is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine formula developed for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. It has demonstrated efficacy in improving cancer-related symptoms, prolonging survival, and inhibiting tumor growth in preclinical and clinical studies. Its therapeutic effects are mediated through multiple mechanisms, including the down-regulation of Ski expression, modulation of the Notch signaling pathway by decreasing Hes-1 and Hey-1, inhibition of MAPK/ERK and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathways, reduction of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-alpha, and reprogramming of metabolism via the LINC00346-OMA1-ATF4 signaling pathway.
