Overview
Qingyi Huaji Recipe (QYHJ) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula specifically developed for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is composed of several herbs, including *Scutellaria barbata*, *Oldenlandia diffusa*, *Amorphophallus konjac*, *Arisaema erubescens*, and *Crepis lignea*. QYHJ is primarily used as an adjuvant therapy alongside standard chemotherapy (such as gemcitabine and albumin-bound paclitaxel) to improve clinical outcomes, reduce toxicity, and inhibit tumor progression. Its mechanism of action involves modulating the tumor microenvironment, inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), and inducing apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells. It has been extensively studied at the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center.
