Qiqi Shengmai Formula is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal decoction developed by Fudan University for the treatment of moyamoya vasculopathy (moyamoya disease). It is specifically indicated for patients exhibiting the TCM syndrome of liver-yang hyperactivity. The formula is a multi-component mixture consisting of six primary herbal ingredients: *Astragali Radix* (Huangqi), *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* (Shudihuang), *Schisandrae Fructus* (Wuweizi), *Bupleuri Radix* (Chaihu), *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Baishao), and *Notoginseng Radix* (Sanqi).
