Developed as a hospital preparation by the Department of Pharmacy at Anzhen Hospital of Capital Medical University, it is typically composed of herbal extracts including *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Panax notoginseng* (Sanqi), and *Dalbergia odorifera* (Jiangxiang). The capsule is designed to tonify Qi, promote blood circulation, and resolve stasis. Clinical research has demonstrated its potential to reduce systemic inflammation (lowering markers like hs-CRP and IL-6), improve vascular endothelial function, and modulate lipid metabolism, often when used as an adjunct to statin therapy.
