Qishen Yiqi Diwan (also known as Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills or QSYQ) is a patented traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula developed and manufactured by Tasly Pharmaceutical Group. It is composed of extracts from four main herbs: *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Panax notoginseng* (Sanqi), and *Dalbergia odorifera* (Jiangxiang). Approved by the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in 2003, it is primarily indicated for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and ischemic heart failure. It is also being evaluated for the prevention of acute exacerbations in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Qishen Yiqi Diwan works through multi-target mechanisms, including anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, antioxidant, and cardioprotective pathways, improving cardiac function and microcirculation.
