Qishen Yiqi Drop Pill (QSYQ) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) compound widely used in China for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. It is composed of extracts from *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Panax notoginseng* (Sanqi), and *Dalbergia odorifera* (Jiangxiang). The drug is primarily indicated for coronary heart disease, stable angina pectoris, and chronic heart failure. Its mechanism of action involves improving vascular endothelial function, enhancing myocardial energy metabolism, reducing inflammation, and inhibiting platelet aggregation.
