Overview
Qiwai Fanghua granules is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Guangdong Yikang Pharmaceutical. It is primarily investigated as an adjunctive therapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing chemotherapy. The drug is designed to mitigate chemotherapy-induced toxicities and improve the performance status and quality of life of patients. It has been evaluated in a Phase 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in China (CTR20150551) to assess its efficacy and safety when used alongside standard chemotherapy regimens.
