Overview
Qixuehe Jiaonang (also known as Qixuehe Capsule) is an approved traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) capsule developed and manufactured by Shaanxi Momentum Pharmaceutical. It is formulated from a mixture of 15 traditional Chinese herbs, including Angelica sinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Prunus persica, Carthamus tinctorius, Platycodon grandiflorus, Achyranthes bidentata, Citrus aurantium, Bupleurum chinense, Cyperus rotundus, Lindera aggregata, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Corydalis yanhusuo, Cimicifuga foetida, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Qixuehe Jiaonang is indicated for the treatment of irregular menstruation and associated symptoms, such as hypomenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, unsmooth menstruation with dark clots, abdominal or lower abdominal pain, premenstrual breast pain, and facial pigmentation or chloasma. It functions by soothing the liver, regulating Qi, promoting blood circulation, and relieving pain.
