Qiye Tongmai Capsule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Jilin Tianyao Technology Co., Ltd. for the treatment of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disorders. The primary active ingredient is the total saponins of *Panax notoginseng* (PNS), which includes various ginsenosides and notoginsenosides. It is clinically indicated for stroke, cerebral infarction, hemiplegia, and angina pectoris, particularly when these conditions are associated with the TCM syndrome of blood stasis. The drug works by promoting blood circulation, reducing blood viscosity, and inhibiting platelet aggregation. Additionally, it exhibits neuroprotective properties by reducing oxidative stress and inflammatory responses in brain tissue following ischemic events, thereby improving microcirculation and supporting functional recovery.
